American Camp Association

The American Camp Association represents more than 2,400 camps with 5 million campers and 300,000 counselors. CARE’s educational alliance with ACA calls for joint original research, secondary data analysis using research ACA has already conducted, development of research-based counselor training content for deployment across multiple platforms and strengthening the role of summer camps in youth risk reduction.

CARE is working with ACA on joint research projects.
