SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions)

September 8, 2022

SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) has nearly 10,000 school-based programs in middle schools, high schools and colleges, with an adult advisor for each and 350,000 participating young people each year. Nationally, there are 7 million students in schools with SADD programs. Stephen directs the SADD/Liberty Mutual Insurance teen driving research program and associated media (a March 2014 press release generated approximately 25 million media impressions through such outlets as ABC News, New York Times, Bloomberg News, Forbes, NPR, Bloomberg Business Week and drugfree.org).

CARE is working with SADD on joint research projects about youth transitions.
